Located on the ground floor of the Inn, the Plumeria accommodated 2 adults comfortably in this efficiency-style unit. The sleeping area has a queen bed and the bathroom comes outfitted with a shower. The French doors in the kitchen allow a lot of natural light in from your patio. The kitchen provides all the essentials to help you feel at home; stove, cutlery, crockery, dinette table with 4 chairs, coffee maker and microwave. Step out onto the patio, look across towards the sand dunes and the boardwalk, and feel the gulf breezes.

Policies
A one-night non-refundable deposit is required when making your reservation. If you have to change your reservation dates, as long as you notify us two weeks or more ahead, your deposit may be applied to a future stay within six months. If we are notified less than two weeks from your arrival date, your deposit will not be refunded. No refunds for early departures. No-shows forfeit total room rate for entire stay. Rates subject to change. Extra person: $15 per day. Minimum stay requirement: one night minimum weekdays, two-night minimum on weekends, plus for holidays and special events when there may be a three-day or longer minimum stay requirement. Check-in: 3pm. Early check in available – please ask when making your reservation. Check out: 11am. All rooms are nonsmoking; smoking is permitted on balconies, patios and in the courtyard. No pets allowed. All room rates are subject to Florida State Sales Tax (7%) & Pinellas County Tourist Tax (5%). AARP, Military and Government discounts available for multi-night stays.

We stayed at the Inn over my birthday weekend. The Inn is just steps from the Gulf of Mexico's waterfront. The room was clean, well-decorated, and provided a beautiful view overlooking the Gulf from the room's wrap-around deck. The staff was personable, polite, and informative. The Inn has a BBQ grill complete with all the necessarily utensils and provides beach chairs and floats for guests. Good restaurants and seafood markets are also located within a few blocks of the Inn. We slept with the french doors open and listened to the sound of the waves crash onto the shore at night. I would highly recommend this lovely gem on Pass-a-grille beach (the best beach in St. Petersburg)!

I've stayed at Inn on the Beach on several occassions and have truly enjoyed each and every time. I've been lucky to have stayed in a number of the rooms and each is nicely decorated and the best part, there clean as a whistle. The Inn Keeper - Sheila is the absolute BEST! She is there for your needs and comfort! If your looking for a place that offers beautiful and relaxing beaches and nice rooms, I highly recommend Inn On the Beach....................
