Policies
A one-night non-refundable deposit is required when making your reservation. If you have to change your reservation dates, as long as you notify us two weeks or more ahead, your deposit may be applied to a future stay within six months. If we are notified less than two weeks from your arrival date, your deposit will not be refunded. No refunds for early departures. No-shows forfeit total room rate for entire stay. Rates subject to change. Extra person: $15 per day. Minimum stay requirement: one night minimum weekdays, two-night minimum on weekends, plus for holidays and special events when there may be a three-day or longer minimum stay requirement. Check-in: 3pm. Early check in available – please ask when making your reservation. Check out: 11am. All rooms are nonsmoking; smoking is permitted on balconies, patios and in the courtyard. No pets allowed. All room rates are subject to Florida State Sales Tax (7%) & Pinellas County Tourist Tax (5%). AARP, Military and Government discounts available for multi-night stays.

Its more of a B and B vibe than hotel with all the vacationers gathering in the coutryard each morning for coffee and conversation. Our room had a small kitchenette and a king size bed with an awesome balcony over looking the Gulf of Mexico. While we found the bed a little firm for our liking it was do-able. The bath was small but clean. This inn is older but has been well maintained and appears to have recently been updated. The innkeeper Sheila is very friendly and can get you whatever you need. Overall I would say it was a great deal for the money and would suggest it to anyone. Pass a Grille is on the very southern end of St Pete beach and has almost no multi story condos or hotels. It is much quieter than St Pete Beach proper and still has some of the charm of Old Florida. It has great shelling and beautiful sunsets and is about 40 min from Tampa International airport.

You unfortunately got called away to the phone just at the moment we were leaving. We would like to thank you for a wonderful stay at your lovely Inn and thank you also for the exemplary service you gave us during our stay . We really enjoyed our stay so much and genuinely hope to return ,maybe in a slightly cooler month which will be easy for us to do now having both retired. Again thanks for making our holiday to the US so enjoyable.
