Policies

A one-night non-refundable deposit is required when making your reservation. If you have to change your reservation dates, as long as you notify us two weeks or more ahead, your deposit may be applied to a future stay within six months. If we are notified less than two weeks from your arrival date, your deposit will not be refunded. Refunds are also not given for early departures.

 Extra person – $15 per day
 Rates subject to change.
 All rooms are nonsmoking
     smoking is permitted on balconies, patios and in the courtyard
 Check-in 3pm
     early check in available – please ask when making your reservation
 Check out is 11am.
 No pets allowed.
 No-shows forfeit total room rate for entire stay.
 All room tax rates: 
     Florida State Sales Tax (7%) 
     Pinellas County Tourist Tax (5%).
 A 2-night minimum  stay is required for some units, and may be required for all units on weekends, holidays or special events.

AARP, Military and Government discounts available for multi-night stays.
 Senior Discounts to 65+ ages
 Discounts for Eckerd College alumni, family and friends.
 Ask about our discounts for Pass-a-Grille and Vina del Mar resident referrals.
