History

St. Pete Gennaro's Pizzeria & Italian Cuisine For almost two decades now natives and tourists alike have been coming to Gennaro's Pizzeria & Italian  the Vina del Mar traffic light (the only one). their speciality is, of course, gourmet pizzas. As i was taking pictures, one of the customers mentioned to me to come over. She said (with a little tomato sauce on the corner of her mouth) , "We've even been to Italy and these are the best". Gennaro's offers a pleasant choice. There’s a counter with few tables where you can grab a quick sandwich or pizza. Then, in the adjoining dinning area, a cozy, quiet, candle-lit-room with soft music serenading and a bottle of Mark West Pinot Noir or Pellegrino waiting to be opened and sipped. Sample the Antipasto or Shrimp Fra Diavolo for starters. Glance over the wine list as you taste the Calamari or sauteed spinach and choose an entree. I'm relaxed already.
