A one-night non-refundable deposit is required when making your reservation. If you have to change your reservation dates, as long as you notify us two weeks or more ahead, your deposit may be applied to a future stay within six months. If we are notified less than two weeks from your arrival date, your deposit will not be refunded.
No refunds for early departures.
No-shows forfeit total room rate for entire stay. Rates subject to change. Extra person: $15 per day.
Minimum stay requirement: one night minimum weekdays, two-night minimum on weekends, plus for holidays and special events when there may be a three-day or longer minimum stay requirement.
Check-in: 3pm. Early check in available – please ask when making your reservation.
Check out: 11am. All rooms are nonsmoking; smoking is permitted on balconies, patios and in the courtyard. No pets allowed.
All room rates are subject to Florida State Sales Tax (7%) & Pinellas County Tourist Tax (5%).

Just a short note to thank you for such a great stay during our vacation July 4th – 9th. Your facilities were wonderful. We certainly enjoyed the peaceful but friendly surroundings at Pass a Grille. We now have a new favorite beach! In fact, our daughter is planning on having pictures taken at St. Pete beach for her upcoming wedding next April. Thank you again for making our stay so enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay in the Blue Heron room!!! It exceeded our expectations for sure. It’s immaculate and absolutely gorgeous inside! We really enjoyed our quiet stay and view of the water from the deck and would highly recommend the inn to others as well. Thank you for making our short get away so terrific!
