A one-night non-refundable deposit is required when making your reservation. If you have to change your reservation dates, as long as you notify us two weeks or more ahead, your deposit may be applied to a future stay within six months. If we are notified less than two weeks from your arrival date, your deposit will not be refunded.
No refunds for early departures.
No-shows forfeit total room rate for entire stay. Rates subject to change. Extra person: $15 per day.
Minimum stay requirement: one night minimum weekdays, two-night minimum on weekends, plus for holidays and special events when there may be a three-day or longer minimum stay requirement.
Check-in: 3pm. Early check in available – please ask when making your reservation.
Check out: 11am. All rooms are nonsmoking; smoking is permitted on balconies, patios and in the courtyard. No pets allowed.
All room rates are subject to Florida State Sales Tax (7%) & Pinellas County Tourist Tax (5%).

We are back home now and already missing Inn on the Beach. It was the perfect place for us to enjoy our 40th anniversary. We loved the immaculately cozy Egret room! Coffee at 7a.m. was delicious and the continental breakfast was fresh, tasty, and a wonderful compliment to the breezy courtyard. I know that we will be back!
