A one-night non-refundable deposit is required when making your reservation. If you have to change your reservation dates, as long as you notify us two weeks or more ahead, your deposit may be applied to a future stay within six months. If we are notified less than two weeks from your arrival date, your deposit will not be refunded.
No refunds for early departures.
No-shows forfeit total room rate for entire stay. Rates subject to change. Extra person: $15 per day.
Minimum stay requirement: one night minimum weekdays, two-night minimum on weekends, plus for holidays and special events when there may be a three-day or longer minimum stay requirement.
Check-in: 3pm. Early check in available – please ask when making your reservation.
Check out: 11am. All rooms are nonsmoking; smoking is permitted on balconies, patios and in the courtyard. No pets allowed.
All room rates are subject to Florida State Sales Tax (7%) & Pinellas County Tourist Tax (5%).

I returned last evening from Pass-a-Grille staying at the Inn on the Beach for 5 nights and thought I would write a little something before my tan fades.
Sheila the manager is wonderful, helpful, easy going and kind. My partner and I wanted something quite, as we both have stressful lives physically. The Inn was very clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen with microwave stove and refrigerator. The rooms have air and a ceiling fan. We were fortunate to have a balcony that looked out at the Gulf. We cooked out for 3 nights in the courtyard. People gather outside and we ate outside. You can mingle or not. No pressure.
As far as the area Pass-a-Grille, Florida at the end of St. Petes Beach - probably one of a few untouched beaches. (no highrises)
Clean beach. The city of Pass-a_Grille takes good care of its streets and beach. I would and will go back.
