Tropicana Field, and all of its fun, is just a 20-minute car ride from Inn on the Beach in the Midtown community of St. Petersburg. It encompasses 66 acres of excitement and activity. It has been home to the Tampa Bay Rays since 1998, and home of the St. Petersburg Bowl since 2008. The field includes everything from food and craft brews to arcades and even a 10,000-gallon tank home to Cownose Rays, a stingray that you can pet.

Something for the whole family
When visiting St Pete Beach, Tropicana Field is a must for family fun and adventure. The park includes many amenities for all age ranges and interests. For the kids, there is Grand Slam Alley, an arcade area which is free on Sundays. There is also an interactive playground, Cownose Rays waiting to be petted, and Topps where you can get your picture on a Rays baseball card. For the intellectuals in the family, there is the Ted Williams Museum that includes the Hitters Hall of Fame and traveling exhibits year round.

A taste of the park
Whether you are looking for Cuban sandwiches or mac and cheese in an edible bread bowl, Tropicana Field has it all. There are local restaurants, like Urban, serving comfort food made from scratch and your favorite chains like Papa John’s serving up delicious pizza. If you are a Food Truck junkie, make sure to visit The Taco Bus serving authentic Mexican food down on Field street. If you are looking for something great to drink, check out the Everglades Brewhouse serving local and craft brews or the Wine Cellar for your favorite adult beverage.

The perfect getaway for our guests who want to enjoy Inn on the Beach longer. This is a two-bedroom standalone home with plenty of room for a family of four. The Innkeeper's House features all of the at-home comforts you'd expect with a month-long stay, including its own private yard, parking, and outdoor patio.

Located on the ground floor of the Inn, Clementine Room has a queen bed and small kitchenette. The well-appointed bathroom has a shower with glass doors.

Daybreak

The Daybreak is ground floor studio. The room sleeps 2 people with a queen bed, bathroom with large shower and vanity, and a complete kitchenette. The patio has two chairs and some shade to keep you cool as you watch the world go by.

Hibiscus

Hibiscus and the Palmetto share a semi-private patio overlooking the gardens. Relax and enjoy the slower pace of Pass-A-Grille at our inn on the beach. The room is cool and comfy and comes with a complete kitchen.
